AMC 401 with Chrysler 727 Auto
& NP208 TC
Complete including the radiator, fan shroud (newer), 1971 401, Chrysler 727 automatic with the NP208 transfer case. It has an Edelbrock intake and 4 barrel carb. According to the previous owner (I bought it last spring) the drivetrain was gone through. Only thing I did to it since purchasing it was to replace the weak coil with an MSD Blaster and added the Ford HEI cap and new Accel high performance wires – runs really great now!
I have a video available so you can hear it idle – really nice lope to the idle – not sure of the cam, all I know is it has a crane cam – again according to the previous owner.
I am guessing it has around 2,500 miles on the truck since the rebuild, mileage will increase as it is still in the truck.
