1977 Jeep J20 Air Force
AM725 ambulance

360 engine, 2 barrel carb, 4-speed T-18 Transmission. AM725 Ambulance. Dana 60 rear axle. All lights and glass good and operable. ORIGINAL BUILD SHEET INCLUDED!!! New windshield wipers. Very little rust on box. Drivers floorboard has some rust and has been patched. Rocker panels, fenders, etc, in good shape. No major dents. Power steering, power brakes, has after market A/c under dash. (Unknown if the A/C is operable). Has patient heater in ambulance box. I have 3 light lenses for the top rotator light, red, green, and amber. It has a siren, spotlight on front roof, and a flood light above back door. I have very documented military motorpool records for the first 12,000 miles of it's life. Folder full of documents included with sale. Original Ramsey PTO winch on front in very good condition. Has brush guard and winch bumper in good condition. Storage compartments above both driver and passenger built into top. Includes fire extinguisher. The original blue rims and tires are in the back of ambulance box and they are included. Seats are in very good condition. Steers great, drives great, runs great. Stops as it should. All Air Force markings are still visible. Rear fold down step is included with all mounting hardware. When it's folded up, it's a seat, folded down, it's steps to get into ambulance body.

Items I would repair in the future:

Needs a new muffler
Tires will need replaced before next winter.
Rear bumper is slightly bent.
Needs hook on winch cable.
Siren is unhooked(as per South Dakota state law).

Very nice original Jeep ambulance. Very low miles. There are not many of these around, check google for info on them. It would make an awesome off-road camper, tow vehicle, bike hauler, lots of options with this truck. It would make the ultimate doomsday prepper vehicle for you preppers out there. This could be the ultimate J-series off-road vehicle for you jeep nuts out there.

Could you drive it home??? Absolutely! Other than being a little loud due to bad muffler. Heater works great!
