This truck was converted to diesel power in the early 70's in California. The truck lived there until 2 years ago when it was brought to Pennsylvania. Rust-free
with an amazing, original body. This is the best original Jeep body that I have ever found. Custom cab, nicely optioned 4x4 truck with power steering and factory
air conditioning!
The engine is a 1973 Detroit Diesel 3-53 supercharged 2-stroke. Makes 200 ft/lbs torque just above idle. The trans is a factory T-18 HD 4-speed. A 2-speed overdrive
box is installed in the rear driveline.
