1973 J-2000
1973 J-2000 pickup, with a 360 cubic inch AMC V-8 motor with dual Flowmaster exhaust. GM 350 auto transmission with true 4-wheel drive. It has Dana 44 differentials front and back. Tranny was re-built a couple of years ago and it has less than 1000 miles on it. The rear end was re-built a few years back with a Detroit locker and Moser axles. 33 inch tires with a 2" body lift. rebuilt carburetor and everything up and running. Rebuilt all the brake cylinders, brake pads and replaced the power brake booster at. It has Auto-Meter gauges in a custom built dash mount. Nearly new Optima battery. The truck is straight with very little rust. It IS 43 years old but in pretty dang good shape. It drives good but it rides like a truck. I have owned the truck since 1985; I bought it from the original owner in Bakersfield, CA and had the motor rebuilt then.
