Jeep Trucks For Sale and Jeep Truck Parts - 1975 J-10

1975 J-10

This is a diamond that just needs a few last facets cut. Vital statistics - 1975 J-10, short bed, 360 V-8 (more on that later), T-18 4 spd manual trans, Dana 44 axles, Dana 20 transfer case, locking hubs, Power steering and brakes. 4" (?) lift. Very minimal rust, very nice interior, all good glass and chrome. Showing 069xx miles. Believed to be 1069xx but actual miles are unknown.

About the motor. This truck is a beast. The motor has less than 2500 miles on a pro rebuild that included boring .40 over, adding a 260deg cam, significant headwork, a 600 cfm Edlebrock carb and manifold, dual exhaust with Hedman headers and a Mallory ignition. It runs just like it should. Hang on. There is a unique hand throttle, instead of an ashtray, that allows for one hand on the throttle, one hand on the wheel, one foot on the brakes and one foot on the clutch driving. Very cool.

The truck has new front brakes, a new clutch and a rebuilt rear end. The interior is very clean with new carpeting, a solid headliner, a sliding rear window, a nice seat cover and a nice, uncut dashboard.

Also included, but not installed are a complete rhino grill conversion, all new side marker lenses, all new taillight lenses with gaskets, new dash knobs, a new plastic glove box insert and a new owners manual.

The last big project is to replace the front gas tank and the gas gauge sending unit. It's plumbed for 2 tanks and is currently running on the rear tank only. A replacement front tank is included. It will also need to be painted and the 33x12.50x15 tires are serviceable but will need replaced. This truck runs, drives and stops just as it should. It sounds like the beast that it is and will make a sweet rig when it's finished. It's pretty bad ass just the way it sits.
