1948 Willys 4wd Stake Bed Pickup1948 Willys Jeep truck with a stake bed, "go-devil" engine, 4 wheel drive, shifter on the steering column, low/high range and 4wd shifters on the floor. It was used as a "woods truck" for 25 years in the mountains of Western North Carolina. I bought it in 1975 and drove it for about 2 years. I have a clear NC title for it. I last drove it in 1978 and it has been parked under an open shed since then. At that time everything worked except the emergency brake. It needs a full restoration complete tear down and reassembly. It has all original equipment except for the wooden fan shroud, a "new" right front axle, and a tow bar.
