M715 Kaiser Army Jeep 4x4 Military Truck
For sale is a 1967 Kaiser Jeep M715. This is a 1 &1/4ton military troop & ammunitions carrier. It was made for 3 years after the Dodge power wagon m37's were phased out. I lifted it about 7 inches & added the 44 inch meats. Has 26,600 original miles. Has a 230ci ,straight 6 cyl. Jeep Tornado ohc engine. Chevy 350's are an easy, common swap for these trucks. It's a little slow getting up to top speed but the 5.87 gears get it up to 55-60 on the Hwy. Also has a Warn 10,000 pound electric winch mounted on the front. Front axle is a closed knuckle Dana 60 & the rear is a Dana 70. Has a T98 tranny & an NP200 or 201 transfer case. These Jeeps were made tough! Doors & canvas top comes off & the windshield folds down for open air wheeling. How many full size trucks do that?
