If you want a beautifully restored show truck, this isn't it. If you want a classic that came from the southwest, has Amazing patina and none of the salt rot of a northern truck + smart and functional upgrades - this is it. Everywhere I go in this truck people give me a thumb's up or try to guess what year it is. It's an American classic and everyone loves it including me but I have two trucks now and only need one. Many more pix and a video walk around of the underside while on a lift available but please read all the info below first.
I purchased it in 2018 and this truck has been used as a truck so it has plenty of dings dents and scratches but look underneath and you'll be amazed at how clean, rust free & straight the frame, rockers, wheel wells, body and fenders are. According to the previous owner, it was originally a farm truck in Kansas, then went to New Mexico where it sat for a number of years. He (previous owner) purchased and shipped the truck to NH in December 2016. The J20 starts, runs, drives, cruises, turns and stops well. I have used it only in the spring to fall seasons to haul gravel, furniture, firewood, appliances on occasion. It's a beast. I've stored it in winter and it has not seen salt since I've owned it.
