I will cover this truck with the Good, Bad & ugly. I have 3 Jeep projects and one has to go.
When I bought it it had mis-matched rear wheels. Found the correct ones, and center caps, not show quality.
(some pictures may show old wheels)
The woodgrain is in really good condition , except for tailgate.
Fresh rebuild on carburetor
New Fuel Pump
New brakes all around
Operating Marchal fog lamps (try to buy them on e-bay)
Full set of "Grand Wagoneer " color matching floor mats
Truck is complete, no missing trim, including hood ornament
No broken glass
Engages in 4 x 4 with no issues
Functional; power seats, power mirrors, power windows, including tailgate,
Except for a few rust issues, the body is very straight
Headliner just started to droop near driver
Has some electrical issues, everything works except:
cruise control (disconnected), partial door locks, clock, radio (original Jeep cassette)
A/C Blows, but has no belt on compressor, condition unknown.
overhead console displays intermittently.
tailgate glass exterior key is non-functioning
driver seat belt light comes on when you buckle up.
Rocker panels have large rust holes under rear doors
Rust at rear fender wells near tires
Rust blister at driver front fender near wood trim,
Rust blister under one door
Front seats have "Cracks" in leather, but no tears or missing material
Cargo Area carpet should be replaced
Clear coat blisters are showing up on sky-facing surfaces.
